Concerning the disequilibrium between male and female members: Since the dawn of history, White Men have always paved the paths to new ways of being, and women would follow later once these paths had been secured. I already see more smart White Women signing up because they have understood what real White Men want. These women will not fight against the natural gender roles but embrace it to go smoothly with the flow and find their happiness in the process.
