Here are two Christians fighting about diet. I am neither Christian nor vegan but as long as you are trying to help save our race you are my friends. The challenge is about how to attract more pro-white Whites to build offline meet-ups and communities. Pro-white couples are explicitly invited to join as they tend to have a bigger family-friendly circle of friends, single friends included. We need to learn to agree to disagree about divisive subjects. Courtesy is king, no attacks. Focus.

It is not the optimal diet. It literally starves people and causes all kinds of inflammation with its high carb intake, terrible for blood sugar also. Diabetics would die on this diet. Makes men weak also. Such a BC thing to be vegan….
