As an employer, do you sometimes feel under pressure from affirmative action demands to take on applicants you would rather not – which later prove detrimental to your business – yet you’re powerless to fire ?

I would like to propose a new ‘online-only’ recruitment agency where headhunters are no longer forced to take on the quotas which harm businesses, and likewise, others can freely apply for these positions traditionally biased towards such quotas. You know the positions and quotas in question!
