Hi. I am in my 40s. I have similar experiences to you. I don’t believe dating is the same for me now as it was when I was younger. It seems much harder – many folks are taken I guess. I noticed there are many young women who act extra sweet, but I guess they do it for other reasons than genuine interest. At the gym I have the opposite experience though – it seems many of the young ones have an absolute default bitch demeanor. I don’t approach them at all. Maybe it is a defense against creeps.

I’ve been thinking about it some and mostly there is no difference as far dating in my mid 50’s compared to dating when I was in my 20’s and 30’s. For better or worse my sex drive is as strong as it’s ever been. One thing has surprised me and that is that seemingly a lot of attractive young women are very much into older guys. I don’t remember that being the case when I was younger, but perhaps I just didn’t notice. Lately though, I have found myself being attracted to a different physical type than I have previously found attractive. On the plus side it seems that most White women still have healthy racial instincts, even if they are not fully aware of the fact.
