Participant“whether they ultimately decide to invite me back in or hire me following it, once they become aware of my race/ethnicity. ”
how could they before you told them you identify as a black-filipino (1/16th cherokee) disabled lesbian (on mondays, the rest of the week, you’re just the usual pharaoh Kephren in your Detroit space pyramid)
I’m dead serious, if you don’t really expect to be hired, just troll them with Black Panther salute in your rasta wig and panafrican colors matching your Saint George (Floyd) hoodie. If you don’t risk anything socially, even try the blackface !
Be a serious bitch-ass nigga.

Participant@ergo I decided to be ‘truthful’ …at a certain point, you just have to go where you are in demand. Maybe I’ll find a ‘White monkey’ job in Japan as a wedding minister or something… Find a position where they actually want you to be White… or maybe I’ll just stay here.

ParticipantEither way if the company asks for race or gender or whatever, if you are white and manage to get in, they will harass you and fire you

ParticipantAll good insights. I’m applying for a position now and I’m debating if I should claim to be ‘Mixed American Indian’ or not. My mother insists I be ‘truthful’ however, listening to her has never benefited me with regards to $ nor girls.

ParticipantI don’t know, but it might be something like this:
Government passes a bunch of measures in the 1960’s to fight pro-white racial discrimination in hiring.
Government wants to know if businesses are racially discriminating.
Government asks them for the statistics on the races of people that applied to make that determination.
Businesses don’t want to bother with unprofitable tasks, but government will cause them problems if they don’t.
Every White applicant that’s rejected makes their discrimination numbers look better.
Everyone knows that hiring discrimination is actually anti-white, so non-whites will be quick to volunteer their non-whiteness.
If you have someone refusing to give their race, it’s therefore most likely a White person screwing up their discrimination stats. If I’m right, then they are interested in potentially hiring you as a White man, but in the event they don’t choose you, they want their Whites rejected ratio to keep them from getting penalized.

ParticipantThe highest salary and most comfortable position I ever had I got it because in the application form I said I identified as latino and homosexual. As soon as they met me they started mobbing me until I eventually was fired for “reasons”.
Most humans are just monkeys pretending to be enlightened men and women.

ModeratorI recently applied to a couple positions with a reputable scientific research corporation within my state, and refused to identify my race/ethnicity. I had completed all other self-identifications, including whether I was male or female, disabled, a veteran, et cetera – I only ever omitted my race/ethnicity (because I already know that anyone who identifies as White is less likely to be hired someplace, thanks to all this diversity hiring nonsense) during the application process.
A couple days later, this institution reached out to me via email, and re-invited me to review my self-identification forms, suggesting that, at various intervals during the candidate selection process, they are required to check this Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action information. Why? In their words: “solely [meaning for no other reason except] to help comply with federal and state Equal Employment Opportunity record-keeping, reporting, and other legal requirements.” Yet they essentially wanted me to provide my race/ethnicity to them, before deciding whether to reach out to me for an interview.
Why should that ever be necessary, if, according to their own claims, they: “provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, age, protected veteran or disabled status, or genetic information.” Why ever ask for any of this information in the first place, if none of it is considered when hiring someone? Continuing, in their words: “Refusal to complete this information will not subject any applicant or employee to adverse treatment. … This information will not be used in consideration for your employment.”
Again, then why ask for it? This data about candidates is obviously being collected (for probably other nefarious purposes beyond employment gate-keeping activities) and referenced when deciding whether to hire someone – in other words, this information decides whether you are allowed to participate in the economy, provide for yourself, and/or your family if you can even afford to have one at all. There’s simply no other reason to collect this data on candidates, than to make determinations based on that data; I mean, what else do you provide when applying for a new career? A resume detailing your education and professional background, your contact information, and everything else about you that matters to them, too.
Employers wouldn’t bother asking for, or be required by the federal and state governments to ask for, useless information if it weren’t relevant during the hiring process and/or monitored by those in power who maintain a blatant anti-White agenda. If any of you can argue against this, or wish to share anything else, then please let me/us know – I want to ensure this logic is sound, to include it in a book I’m writing and some talking points when I’m interacting with people deserving the truth about our situation today.
PS – Withholding this race/ethnicity information, after being asked for it twice, I’m extremely curious whether this corporation will decide to proceed with an interview and/or whether they ultimately decide to invite me back in or hire me following it, once they become aware of my race/ethnicity. Assuming I remember to update this later, as that happens, I’m sure it’ll be further revealing.
