There should be a website or site that asks for donations, for such projects.

There are websites that if you have an idea you can ask for donations. Well, maybe a similar system would be good for communities that want to create.

Then a group or a learned and prepared person would have an idea and publish it, and then donations would be made. Or maybe create such a section in stormfront.

Donations would be made by organizations, or people who agree with the idea or cause.
