Public Group active 1 year, 3 months agoDuring the Maastrichtian age (geologic timescale) the entire Earth had a tropical climate excepting temperate Antartica. It is speculated that this age is when the living biomass on Earth was greatest. The gigantism of both flora and fauna indicate that both the C02 and O2 levels must have been far higher than today. The atmosphere, including the ozone layer and magnetosphere, were likely denser and stronger respectively: a denser atmosphere would support larger creatures as is clearly seen in the greater maximum size of sea-life over land-life—due to more efficient O2 dispersion—and stronger UV(C) filtration would have likely meant longer lifespans. So rather than pursing suicidal ‘net-zero,’ we should be seeking to increase the C02 and (therefore) 02 in the atmosphere, and to strengthen the ozone-layer and magnetosphere. Make the Maastrichtian Age Great Again! Furthermore, we must preserve (the habitat and eugenic integrity of) the White subspecies of humanity, as this subspecies created and promoted the scientific method whereby this noble pursuit of ‘Greening the Earth’ is possible in the first place! Then, ad astra, to the stars!
