Areas between the Pacific coastline and Cascade mountain range of the Pacific Northwest (PNW) are also relatively warm year-round, the cold is tolerable (I live here and wear shorts almost all the time, lol), and the area is predominantly White outside of the larger cities like Seattle, Tacoma, and Portland. Back in the mid-1800s, when the Oregon Territory was being settled, there were Black exclusion laws that weren’t repealed until 1926, and there are movements for Cascadia to be a separatist, Whites-only nation, if that interests you. It’s also an extraordinarily beautiful part of the country. West Virginia is mostly White, too, but I personally find it feels colder and less attractive (although there are still lots of forests) than where I live in Washington state. The cost-of-living in West Virginia is definitely lower than Washington. You could thrive in either area, but I personally recommend the PNW – which I hilariously just now noticed, after writing most of this message, is your username on WhiteDate.
