@Je suis prest Hey, how’s it going neighbor?! We should get together, not only as fellow compatriots, but as musicians as well! I play bass (played guitar for decades, too, and still have that). I’ve been looking for others. The only thing is, we should wait because of Covid. You see, I just got Covid from a hospital most likely that I went in for other things for. Also, it’s going around. Thankfully, I didn’t get it too bad at all comparatively so.

Yeah, I’ve enjoyed it a lot.
Funny thing is I like the snow, cold, and winter more than the warm months. I prefer dreary days too; perhaps I’m just a contrarian.
That’s great, man. Hopefully things go well and she shapes up to be more than just a “friend.”

Wow, dude, that is awesome that you’re learning that! Oh, good. The summer is great for living and rejuvenation. You don’t know how much better it is than the colder months until it’s here. I haven’t gone on any little trips yet, but I want to. I’ve been going to local places and the beaches with a woman friend, though, and that is great.

Good evening, figured I should start up a forum post for my neck of the woods. I’ve seen a couple guys from my area while perusing the members list (I assume that searching functionality comes with a paid subscription, though that seems not to be displayed very clearly anywhere).
I also saw an Illinois chat where some Central Midwesterners may’ve joined up a month or so ago; maybe we could get a wider regional thing happening or just someone sharing how or if that went.
Anyway, shout back if you’re listening.
