I once (when I was single) received a message “Hi, want to start a White family together?”
Very goal-oriented.

My now-husband sent me something similar and we are happy together. 🙂

I think men shouldn’t be afraid of being concrete and goal-oriented; too many of my friends (and me in the past) have lost years on situationships, dating which didn’t lead to marriage, casual dating when the men didn’t or couldn’t decide how serious this was.

For a man starting a conversation with a woman he is interested in? “What are you doing the rest of your life?” made me smile. “Also you have a beautiful right leg.” Obviously I wondered: What’s wrong with my left leg? This was a French man, they can be such clowns and making a woman laugh is always a good start 🙂
