A nice man who messaged me mentioned Tourette syndrome, and like many modern ailments, this is not necessarily caused by genetics. It’s most likely caused by epigenetics, or the environment’s influence on your genetic blueprint. Dr. Brendan Stack has cured people of Tourette by correcting the misalignment of their bite and jaws. See these case studies:

One way the powers that be reduce the population, not just of our race but of any race, is by preventing us from physically manifesting our full genetic blueprint. We all have the genetic blueprint to develop a face that is healthy and attractive, with a maxilla wide enough to accommodate all the teeth, including the wisdom teeth, but through epigenetic interference, we may not express that full blueprint for health and beauty. However, we still carry that blueprint and can express it in future generations if we give them what they need to grow correctly.

Dr. Weston Price found that children eating their native diets, which were nutrient-dense, developed perfectly without any need for braces to straighten their teeth. They had straight teeth, healthy bone structure of the face and body, and resistance to disease. Children given a more modernized diet of pasteurized milk, canned food, vegetable oils, processed sugar, etc., developed a more narrow bone structure of the face and body, which meant their jaws didn’t have enough room for all their teeth. And in the case of females, it meant they didn’t have the wide child-bearing hips of their ancestors that allowed for easy delivery of babies. They had more narrow hips that made C-sections necessary. Dr. Francis Pottenger, in his book “Pottenger’s Cats: A Study in Nutrition,” noted that giving the wrong diet to cats resulted in male cats with more female behavior and female cats with more male behavior. Even though his study was on cats, he said his results could be applied to humans, and this could be one reason why nowadays we see a greater number of feminized men and masculinized women.

Dr. Mike Mew argues that Dr. Price is wrong and it’s not the nutrients in the food that determine proper growth and development of the jaws but instead the toughness of the food. He says our ancestors chewed on tough food and we give our babies soft food, and that’s what causes the problem. I think probably we need both nutrient-dense food and tough food. Dr. Mew’s educational channel is here: https://www.youtube.com/user/Orthotropics

I also recommend the book “Six-Foot Tiger, Three-Foot Cage” by Dr. Felix Liao. He explains how something as simple as a tongue-tie (probably caused by a nutrient deficiency because Dr. Price didn’t encounter it in the healthy populations he studied), which is easy to correct in babies but overlooked by most dentists and doctors, can cause a cascade of health problems throughout life. The tongue-tie prevents the tongue from pressing against the roof of the mouth and acting as nature’s palatal expander, so the child’s maxilla doesn’t grow outward or forward enough, resulting in a retruded, too-small maxilla that does not have enough room for all the teeth. So the teeth are crowded and crooked, and the conventional dentist or orthodontist tells the parents their child needs braces, but the braces often make the problem worse because they don’t correct the underlying problem; they just straighten the teeth. If the jaw is misaligned and the teeth are crooked, the braces just make the teeth straight. You still have a misaligned jaw, and now the misalignment is reinforced because the teeth fit together better in that incorrect jaw position. So later in life, you’ll eventually get a problem like TMD/TMJ, where you have chronic pain in one or both jaw joints because your jaws aren’t aligned correctly. You’ll also have a face that’s more narrow and less attractive than it would have been if you had been allowed to manifest your genetic blueprint without interference. A lot of people in the Western world have this problem to varying degrees. They’re less healthy and attractive than they should be because of epigenetic interference. If you have a retruded maxilla and/or mandible, this also encroaches on your airway. Basically, your airway is more narrow than it should be, so you don’t get as much oxygen and you have sleep apnea, which means you don’t get enough restorative sleep and are therefore more prone to illness. The body makes repairs at night while we’re in a deep sleep. People with sleep apnea don’t get that deep sleep, so their bodies can’t make the repairs. People can have sleep apnea without realizing it. If you’re always tired and drinking coffee all day, you may have it.

Some ways to correct these problems are the ALF appliance (used by practitioners like Dr. Stack), the DNA appliance (used by practitioners like Dr. Liao), and orthotropics (used by practitioners like Dr. Mew). I have done the ALF appliance and the DNA appliance. The treatment took a number of years and did get rid of the chronic pain of the TMJ that plagued me, but it was extremely expensive (not covered by health insurance), and I never completed the treatment because I couldn’t afford to and I reached the limit of what it could achieve. What I mean is if children experience epigenetic interference and don’t grow correctly, there’s only so much they can do as adults to fix that. The best time to correct it is when they’re still growing, not after they’ve finished growing. In my case, my tongue-tie wasn’t diagnosed until I was in my 40s and I figured it out myself through my research, then got it confirmed by a practitioner who understands all this. Not many practitioners do understand. Anyway, the bottom line is that epigenetic interference can cause unnecessary health problems, unnecessary physical suffering, an unnecessary financial burden, and more difficulty finding a mate and procreating than you would have had if you had been allowed to express your full genetic blueprint. Anyone who is having kids, I recommend that you look at the material by Dr. Price, Dr. Mew, and Dr. Liao because even doing something like giving your baby a bottle instead of breast-feeding can interfere with the proper development of your baby’s face. Please look into it for your children’s sake.
