Thought this forum would be the appropriate place for this discussion. I’m from a small town in Louisiana that is mostly white (for now), and I want to foster that. Soon I’ll be starting a small business that I plan to grow and create jobs, as lack of opportunity leads a lot of decent white people to move else where. Trying to navigate how I could create a white workforce without violating any employment laws. I have some ideas along with some bare minimums such as e-verify to stave off illegals. My concern stems from one of the major employers in town getting overrun with blacks that band together to run off new hires that are white. These blacks are typically from neighboring towns for context. I’m sure I could get away with selectively hiring good, white workers at the outset, but anticipate as the business grows it will become more difficult to do so.
