I think one of the most salient characteristics of our species is our ability to change our position, or state, or condition, in life by conscious endeavor. Whites evolved in harsh climates and worked, and  struggled, and overcame. We endured slavery and rather than wilt, we broke those chains and crushed our oppressors. We invented and flourished, and the artifacts of those conquests set up the world to enjoy the fruits of our ancestors labour. When the sun sets every evening, they literally see by the light we gave them … and in return? Well, we need to seek out specialty sites where we can speak openly without being silenced or ostracized. Seems fair. Totes.

Outside of when I’m super cereal, which only tends to happen with certain topics, I try to be as easy going and humorous about life as possible. I wasted much of my life not taking care of myself and so I focus a lot about trying to undo that these days and quit bad habits; like smoking. I’m a nerd about 80’s and 90’s nostalgia, a history buff, and am totally planning on buying some land one day and ditching everything electronic.
