So I’m not good at describing myself really, I’d much rather take interest in someone else than talk about myself but here goes…I’m looking for someone to be myself with and that’s the most important thing to me. I value honesty, compassion and a sense of humor most of all and I strive to embody those qualities as well. I’m a bit of a loner, I’m not really into parties or drinking and would much rather go hiking, watch Netflix or travel the world. I love to cook, and like the rest of my family, I’m pretty damn good at it. I joined this site instead of the many others because I have tried some of those sites with not the best results. I am looking for someone Caucasian as well but that doesn’t mean I have anything against other nationalities/races, it’s just my preference. I am Italian, Norwegian and Scotch-Irish with a splash of French as well. I grew up with a single mom who is one of my best friends and a major role model to me. She instilled good values and morals in me and taught me to always be compassionate and thoughtful of others. I was raised to treat everyone with respect, especially women and I try to treat everyone the way I want to be treated. I consider myself to be very loyal, honest, thoughtful, empathetic, goofy, outspoken, adventurous and introverted. My life goals are to own a house, travel the world and have a family with someone who holds fairly traditional values and who believes the best relationships are based on communication, honesty and pushing each other to be their best. I do not care for drama and I’ve done a pretty good job of keeping my life drama-free. I don’t have any kids but I do love them and have worked as a camp counselor for special needs kids as well as been a ”manny” for a few families. I also have no problem dating women with children because I tend to get along with most kids really well since I’m a bit of a kid myself. I love to watch movies, read, travel, snowboard, cook and go on random adventures. I am not scared of anything really except being forgotten I guess. I would happily jump out of a plane with my partner or scuba dive to the lowest depths of the ocean possible so there’s not many adventures that I wouldn’t be open to. I am a huge animal lover and consider animals to be better than people most of the time lol. Also, I don’t really drink except on special occasions, not because I’ve ever had a problem with it, I’m just not really a fan of alcohol. I’d much rather smoke a little weed than get drunk because I prefer to stay in control of myself and not act like a fool, as often happens when we drink. I consider myself to be a very open minded person and I look for the same in a partner. I base my decision on facts and logic, not feelings and I tend to trust my instincts as they’re usually spot on. I am looking for someone funny, sweet, nurturing, honest and loyal. Being attractive is always great too but I think you fall in love with someone for who they are, not what they look like. I guess that’s all I have to say for now.
