Mostly inactive. Well perhaps its worth activating again!
We have this to use. I am mainly interested in finding a way to get our folk to be able to safely and freely communicate on these ‘interwebs’ without fear of getting shut down, cancelled, etc etc.

Hi PN, are you certain you dont have to pay property tax based on using trust funded monies to purchase it? Im curious about that because I despite some research I was unaware there was pretty much any circumstance we could avoid the property tax, in that way or any other. How did you get lucky enough to find this way of obtaining a tax free property? good for you 🙂
Also, do you you have sea transportation lined up in case you did need to get the the mainland? Im getting property (I was unlucky to inherit no such trust funds!) on the eastern coast, and would like to contrast experiences. Would you like keeping in touch?

Relating to Noahs Arks comments regarding a specific location, something my small clan has already considered. We cjecked it out last year and made a small investment. Turns out lots of pluses over the minuses. For example, there are many folks who are bent on self defense. When Biden got in office I drove around som of the towns outside larger ones and the queues for ammo were enough to write home about. Alot like in many other places there are a fair share of left leaning weirdos in accumulation, and its just the current state of things these days. Anyone else who has investigated specific areas to invest care to comment?

Never heard of Cascadia, sounds interesting, have you researched it since?
But I have heard of an interesting group that developed in another area opposite- geographically speaking. The group that I wont name grew out of frustrated neo-anarchist, though highly educated people in their 20s a few were older, less than a handful were aged and wiser however. No offence to the younger members – their youth and spirit were encouraging. But it needed balance with seasoned people who could bring more to it. I think that the lack of older, elder wiser participants impeded this group from making significant progress at the time. A few were a little too into recreational opiates and it – well lets say clouded their thinking/judgement. I have personal story relating to this but wont get into that here. That said I wish them progress all the same.
I have travelled around a bit – and seeing the urbanisation and societal decay is having its effects.
Very interested in this topic however. Anyone else? as well? Especially being a month into 2022
