Currently in the salt mines but making plans to return to skrewl. Previously studied physics in university for a while. My career will probably be related to the natural sciences.

Interests: I play some piano (mostly bach). I listen to many different genres of music from baroque to pop. I watch anime, I have less time for it now but I still love it. I read old books and some of my favourite authours are Hamsun, Poe, and Melville. I have studied Japanese and some other languages but I’m not proficient yet. Other hobbies of mine include chess and cooking.

One of my favourite forms of exercise is cycling. I like the outdoors and being in nature, although I am trapped in the city. Nevertheless the city has its fine qualities too.

Not part of any religious sect but I’m philosophically open to the subject. Maybe I lean toward a Nietzschean or Cosmotheist outlook.

I am putting myself on here because it would be great to meet a lady who has similar values to me. There is no reason to mess around wasting time on the unenlightened!… If it can be avoided. That is how I see it!
