Perhaps cultural renovation must begin with a spiritual, personal transformation? Used to go to place to place looking for an established “hometown” could feel comfortable in, but now look for the resources of an area and its suitability for cultural renovation if a small dedicated, organized and economically stable settlers to move in and begin reforming at the foundations.

re: land. Currently under the U.S. Occupation holding “homeland security” over the bankrupt United States of America (as formed by Constitution amended in 1791), all property is under mortgage by this occupation and needs to be removed out from PUBLIC (U.S.) registration as well as all debt extinguished before it can be truly “private“. Test is: pay property taxes? = still under Mortgage & registration. Ideally, one needs to understand how to reverse the mortgage interest collections, merge property registration and then “gift” the redeemed property into a IRC 508 excepted “entity” (outside of U.S. jurisdiction). Until this is accomplished, a true “sanctuary” community cannot be established.

No need to “take over” anything, just create covenant community thru peace (recognized thru existing treaties) with the U.S. Occupation and establish sanctuary upon the land as defined in original U.S. of A. Constitution as amended in 1791. Truth and reality is there is no need to “resist” the current “occupation”, but instead make peace with it. This PUBLIC fiction was created by the “will of the people”, thus out of an equitable necessity by the people’s administrators resulted in the sole cause for the existence of said belligerent occupation – see: Art. 29, lieber code: “Peace is their normal condition; war is the exception. All this effort is pointless unless one’s goal is truly to a return to a state of peace, because all current “rules” governing this occupation point to this fact (as well as the source of law it is based upon – i.e. the biblical law of war and slavery)

Thus a “moral question” must be defined before any “money” solution is addressed. This is the goal of the “new vision for a third position“.

Here’s all one can say on the topic (here) in any public forum, since ultimately a “covenant community” must be “specially” defined as private and ‘set-apart’ from what is considered “PUBLIC” — Been at this for over 2 decades, and offer a few insights for consideration:
Back before the hyped “2012 event” was a former member of the “jedi legal counsel” for the “new earth nation” (NEN) movement. It quickly became apparent, fast, that the level of naivety re the legal realities of what a set-apart community will have to overcome was beyond their abilities to comprehend. So I left out of frustration over talking to brick-headedness, and they found a 3rd-world location with as little gov’t interference they could find (Bali). So, continued to develop the ideas proposed to NEN with a small group of people who became a fraternal benefit society known as Hospitality Fellowship (https://hosfell.org), which partnered with “Redom Missions” that developed “New vision for the Third PositionNew Vision for Third Position” in Las Vegas with a small university group using the Venus ProjectVenus Project as their initial model ().

1. location, location, location (when price isn’t a factor). Worry about where AFTER the financial and legal hurdles are solved. So location should be the BEST placed, defensible and desirable place for a sustainable community. Low populations make it easier to displace and reform local community governments (this has a huge plan, already refined by numerous groups as far bas as the 1990s).
2. Without self-supporting financial means don’t begin planning. This can’t be done until #3 is accomplished.
3. Remove oneself from all entanglement, elections, suretyships, and trust relationships with the civil governments and the “legal society in control” of the STATE one finds oneself in. This also came out of a multi-grouped underground movement that developed a simple plan for anyone to come out of all entanglements with the bankrupt traditions of man’s church-state-money matrix.
4. Develop the Moral question upon which the society will be governed (see NV3P and Hosfell for these). This can only be done when people become free of all political idealism and change their focus exclusively on a “Third Position” ideology for developing the “new man”. This starts with the 7 Liberating Arts and Sciences to regain one’s ability to discern and discover truth before engaging in comparative religious studies (see: https://www.stormfront.org/forum/t1297162/). religion <> spirituality. Truth is independent of all “religion”. The highest spiritual path is always reforming along the narrow path that leads to truth.
5. Develop a unique community/cultural identity (think Amish or Mormon without the religion). Plan for initial community development around re-education, cultural deprogramming/detox and trauma rehabilitation programs in all 6 areas of wellness (see hosfell.org again). Without a completely new cultural ethic that separates one from the “others” the community won’t last a generation and will become re-absorbed by the surrounding culture.

These are only the beginning stages that have already been worked out and currently exist. The where has already been established and will be by invitation only. Entry into the initial communities will be for apprenticeship into the initial cultural development stages (including education around the 7 liberating arts and sciences). Distributism will be the business model (see: Mondragon), and any apprenticeships will have a ‘cash-out” value for those who wish to leave and have not yet “converted” into the community.
